CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY
A 389-member body responsible for drafting India’s Constitution.

COMMITTEES
Committees were created by the Constituent Assembly comprising smaller groups of members delegated with various responsibilities.

CONGRESS ASSEMBLY PARTY
An unofficial forum consisting of Assembly members belonging to the Indian National Congress that met on the side-lines of the Assembly.

In other words I beg to suggest that those States of … Orissa group where there is a greater number of Adibasis… or sched[unclear]led tribes or castes may also be given Automomous Dists such as Gangpur Bonai Bamra Keonjhar, Pallhara, Mayurbhanj, Bolangir (Patna), Kalahandi Kharsawan and …. Saraikella etc. and those Automomous Dists should be … administrated through the Chief Commissioner or Lietenant Governor or Governors”. In my opinion that the granting … of Automomous Dists to the above Orissa States will be .. the [unclear] granting of faudamental right for them in free India.
