Sir, to me at least the suggestion appears reasonable for head of the All India Union Fovt and head of a tiny State Cabinet can not be equal even in designation. For example to read in a newspaper that “Prime Minister of Sachin State (or of any state or Union of States) will soon seek – an interview with the Deputy Prime Minister India Govt for elucidation of certain matters” reads and looks positive ly incongruous and anomalous.
