We think that the Supreme Court will require at least two Division Benches and as we think that each Division Bench should consist of five judges, the court will require ten judges in addition to the Chief Justice so as to provide for possible absences or other unforeseen circumstances. Moreover, one of the judges may be required to deal with miscellaneous matters incidental to appellate jurisdiction (including revisional and referential jurisdictions).
