Those who have been entrusted with the task of national reconstruction should particularly see that (1) public services are made to acknowledge the common man as their real employer, (2) non-productive works be banned by law, (3) full use is made of the manpower employed in the governmental machinery, and (4) the governmental machinery should not cost the nation heavily. In addition the above noted ‘exploitation of man by man’ must cease once for all. Amenities and necessities of life should be easily procurable to every man, woman and child of the nation.
