CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY
A 389-member body responsible for drafting India’s Constitution.

COMMITTEES
Committees were created by the Constituent Assembly comprising smaller groups of members delegated with various responsibilities.

CONGRESS ASSEMBLY PARTY
An unofficial forum consisting of Assembly members belonging to the Indian National Congress that met on the side-lines of the Assembly.

(such as those of Orissa group) may be administrated through the Chief Commissioner or Lietemany Governor or through the Governor of a neighbouring State, according to the … requirements of each case and as such under part XIV at … page 139 section 294(2) the word “.And Orissa” may be added to the word of Assam (i.e. Assam and Orissa).
