The whole of my amendment (No. 22) is not covered by Dr. Ambedkar’s new amendment. It does not include the case to which you have drawn his attention, namely, the case of death penalty being imposed in revision. However, I withdraw my amendment.The amendment was, by leave of the Assembly, withdrawn.
